In case you can't tell: it's Shanti and Mowgli all grown up.
I always imagined Baloo as a bachelor for life. "Those mean nothing but trouble," he said to Mowgli. Then again, who's that little cub on Mowgli's shoulders?

And it seems that Shanti is expecting a little one as well! It must be wonderful to have your own home at last.

I think Mowgli should have short hair and a. a full beard or b. no beard at all. Because I haven't seen one photo of an Indian man looking like this. On the other hand, I was afraid that Mowgli wouldn't be recognisable anymore.

The first scetches with this idea are very old. Meaning I've been working on this a long time. I had much trouble with the proportions and the hands and feet.
