Soooo... my November journal, the real one

First a quick personnal update: Spain was great, nice house, nice weather, but a bit stormy at the end. Looooong walks as well. My dad loves to explores the environment, but the map doesn't always lead us home. Especially when we try to take shortcuts which aren't there =S Going on vacation with my dad, it's always an adventure.

My worries about school were unnecessary. I don't know the word in English, so I'm just going to say it in Dutch. I'm on "stage". It's going to work, but we still get all these schoolassignments about it. 3 months, then it's back to school again. I was very nervous, but the people are very nice. They help me out a lot.

Ooookay, since this is still an art site and not twitter:
I'm slightley moving away from the Disney style. Not because I don't like it anymore, but I really need to practise on other styles in order to get more life into my disney drawings. When I draw, I feel it gets better and better. I need less reference pictures or I can combine different ones. Yet, when I browse through my gallery, the result is more or less the same. There is not much evolution. It bothers me and I really want to get better. My next project is in a storybook style.

Still working on that request. (Told you I am not good at requests). I missed my first portrait-lesson due to schoolwork The second one is this Wednessday.

Btw, what do think of this new journal skin? It's made by Moonfreak. I wanted to try it out since skins are free for a limited time
